Our promises, and our limits

Full refund if your order is rejected, or if it has not gone live 24 hours after approval.

Any budget that is not spent is returned to your wallet when the promotion ends.

How much does Promote cost? +

The minimum ad budget is ₦10,000. On top of the budget there is a 25% management fee. You see both, and the total, before you pay.

We cannot promise sales, followers or any specific result. What we promise is that your ads run as ordered, and that you can see proof and a results report on your order page.

Where do the ads run? +

On Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

What if my order is rejected or never starts? +

You get a full refund. This applies if we reject the order, or if the ads have not started 24 hours after approval.

What happens to budget that is not spent? +

It is returned to your wallet when the promotion ends.

What can I not promote? +

We cannot run ads for investment schemes, loans, adult content, fake giveaways, miracle cures or similar offers. Ads must also follow Meta and TikTok advertising rules.

Do I need a product on Beecelo? +

No. You can promote your own link, such as a website, WhatsApp number or social page.

Do I need to give you my Facebook or TikTok password? +

No. We never ask for your password.
