This Privacy Policy explains how Netcelo Prime Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Beecelo (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect what you give us directly — your name, email, and password when you register; bank details when you fund your wallet or request a withdrawal; the gigs, tasks, products, reviews, and messages you post or send on the platform; and anything you tell us directly, like a support email.

We also collect some things automatically: your IP address, device and browser information, login activity, and basic usage data — including how many times a product listing has been viewed, which we use to show sellers their own performance stats.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to run the Service, process payments and payouts, verify your identity and catch fraud, send you account and transaction notifications (by email and in-app), enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes you raise, and generally keep the platform working and improving.

3. Payment Information

Wallet funding is processed through Paystack, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — those are handled directly by Paystack under their own security practices. Bank account details you provide for withdrawals are used only to send your payout, and are handled by our team when processing withdrawal requests.

4. Messages and Notifications

Messages you exchange with other members through our messaging system are stored so both parties can see the conversation history, and so we can investigate reported abuse or disputes if needed. We also generate in-app and email notifications — for new messages, sales, and withdrawal updates — based on activity on your account.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (like Paystack for payments and our email delivery provider), when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Beecelo, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Your Rights

You can access and update most of your account information directly from your profile settings. You can also contact us to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, subject to any financial record-keeping we're legally required to hold onto.

8. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is being used.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. That said, no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection against every possible threat.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for people aged 17 and above, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children younger than that.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
