Terms of Service

Welcome to Beecelo, a platform operated by Netcelo Prime Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Beecelo, including the website, wallet, gigs, tasks, digital products marketplace, and messaging system (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's awareness and consent, particularly for any withdrawal of funds to a bank account.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact us immediately so we can help secure your account.

3. The Marketplace

Beecelo lets members offer and purchase freelance services ("Gigs"), complete paid micro-tasks posted by businesses ("Tasks"), and buy or sell digital products ("Products"). Every listing goes through review before it becomes visible to other users, and we may reject, edit, remove, or suspend any listing at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, misleading claims, or content that breaks these Terms or the law.

4. Wallet, Payments, and Fees

Every payment you make or receive on Beecelo — funding your wallet, buying a product, paying for a gig, or getting paid for completed work — moves through your Beecelo wallet. Wallet funding is processed securely through Paystack. Withdrawals to your bank account are subject to a minimum amount (shown on your wallet page) and are reviewed and processed manually by our team, which may take a few business days.

We take a commission on successful transactions, currently 15% on completed Gigs, 10% on Product sales, and 30% on Task campaign budgets (paid by the advertiser, not the worker). Current rates are always shown on our Pricing page before you commit to anything. We may adjust these rates with reasonable notice.

5. Gig Escrow

When a buyer pays for a Gig, that payment is held in escrow by Beecelo — not released to the seller — until the buyer confirms they've received the agreed delivery. If a disagreement arises before confirmation, either party can raise a dispute through the platform, and our team will review the evidence provided to decide whether funds are released, refunded, or split. 6. Messaging

Beecelo provides in-app messaging so buyers and sellers can discuss orders and listings. Messages should be used for legitimate platform business. We may review reported conversations to investigate abuse, fraud, harassment, or violations of these Terms, and we may suspend messaging privileges or accounts where misuse occurs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: engage in fraud or misrepresentation; upload or sell content that infringes on someone else's rights; post illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; attempt to manipulate wallet balances, referral or affiliate systems, task submissions, or the leaderboard through fake accounts or fake transactions; harass or abuse other members through messaging or reviews; or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

8. Content Ownership

Sellers keep ownership of the digital products, gig deliverables, and other content they upload, but grant Beecelo a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the Service. You're solely responsible for making sure you actually have the right to sell or distribute anything you upload.

9. Disputes Between Users

Beecelo is not a party to the underlying transaction between buyers, sellers, advertisers, and workers — we provide the platform and payment infrastructure. Where a formal dispute is raised through our dispute system, our team will review the evidence submitted by both sides and make a decision in good faith. We aim to be fair, but we don't guarantee a particular outcome, and our decision on a dispute is final.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. If your account is terminated for cause, any wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation of the underlying conduct.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular Gig, Task, or Product will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beecelo and Netcelo Prime Digital Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses arising from disputes between users.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
